About ChipFill
ChipFill is a heat-activated preformed pothole repair material engineered for permanent restoration of road surface damage. The material is laid into the prepared pothole and activated with a heat torch — no specialized equipment, no mixing, no aggregate prep. Once heated, ChipFill conforms to the contours of the damage and bonds chemically to the surrounding asphalt or concrete, preventing the water intrusion that turns minor damage into deeper structural failure. Deployable year-round regardless of weather. Sets rapidly so traffic can reopen within minutes of installation. Used by Canadian municipalities and maintenance crews for routine and emergency repair programs across roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and pedestrian surfaces.
