How it works
A crosswalk does two jobs: it protects pedestrians, and it tells a driver that someone is about to cross. HUB crosswalk systems are specified where both those jobs need to stay done — season after season. TrafficPatterns and TrafficPatternsXD thermoplastic fuse permanently to the road surface, maintaining ASTM-rated retroreflectivity through snowplow cycles, de-icing chemical seasons, and freeze-thaw cycles that challenge any surface.
