How it works
On a splash pad the first requirement is grip in the wet, with chemical treatment and bare feet all season. StreetBond pavement coating is applied to the prepared concrete in a textured, slip-resistant build, in the vivid colours that make the pad a destination, with UV-stable pigments that hold through a season of sun and chemical splash. StreetBondSR colours reflect a third of the sun's energy or more, so the surface stays cooler on bare feet. The coating moves with the concrete rather than cracking, and a worn pad is recoated between seasons.
