A crosswalk marking has to be seen at night in the rain, and a school zone treatment has to read at driving speed; both have to survive a Canadian winter. TrafficPatterns and TrafficPatternsXD give crossings and school zones high-contrast colour in preformed thermoplastic, with anti-skid aggregate through the material, so the contrast and the grip last through plow blades and de-icing seasons. PreMark adds the retroreflective part: stop bars, ladder lines, school legends and symbols in preformed thermoplastic with glass beads that return a headlight to the driver. MMAX marks pedestrian priority zones and raised intersections in colour, in an overnight closure. Together they support a Vision Zero program at the surface, where the driver's eye meets the road.
