Every Child Matters, decorative asphalt crosswalk created with TrafficPatterns

The new Every Child Matters decorative asphalt crosswalk installation in the Town of Georgina features seven feathers, which represent the 7 grandfather teachings of wisdom, love, respect, bravery, honesty, humility and truth. The crosswalk has been created in recognition of Truth & Reconciliation, Every Child Matters, and the well being of all communities across Canada.

The Every Child Matters crosswalk features a durable preformed thermoplastic pavement marking material used primarily for streetscape and traffic calming purposes on public roads and private properties. TrafficPatterns® Preformed Thermoplastic provides a cost-effective alternative to the use of brick and stone pavers because the material is surface applied and virtually maintenance free. Additionally its creative potential is nearly limitless.
