The CF Fairview Park mall in Kitchener received major improvements this year, including an attractive stamped asphalt parking lot upgrade.

Cadillac Fairview announced it is investing $70 million to transform the site “from a traditionally enclosed retail mall format to a mixed-used model. The project, which has been dubbed the CF Grand Market District, combines restaurant, retail and office spaces.

The new parking lot features our patented TrafficPatternsXD decorative stamped asphalt product, which provides beautiful aesthetic, and functionality for onlooking vehicle traffic and shoppers. It’s a traffic-tough decorative asphalt pavement surface that provides brick or paving stone like aesthetic without the maintenance issues.
