Imprinted Asphalt Decorative Pavement Marking
DuraTherm® is a specially-designed Imprinted Asphalt Decorative Pavement Marking made from preformed thermoplastic material that is set into the pavement surface using StreetHeat® asphalt reheating technology.
The process of inlaying DuraTherm® by way of asphalt stamping means the material is set into the asphalt pavement surface do there is no ‘high-point wear’. Ensuring that it retains its attractive look for years. DuraTherm® is an excellent choice for enhanced crosswalks and community branding, creating both safe and beautiful streetscapes and commercial parking lots.
Features & Benefits:
DuraTherm®, offers fast installation, lower cost, and minimal maintenance compared to stamped concrete and pavers which can result in maintenance headaches, pedestrian trip hazards, slow installation, and lengthy traffic and general community disruptions during project construction.
Installations for DuraTherm® pavement marking are performed by Certified Applicators who are trained for this specific technology. Crosswalks can be ready for traffic in as little as 90 minutes per lane.
High Skid/Slip Resistant:
Anti-skid materials are added at time of manufacturing for a more consistent, controlled application.
- Designed specifically for roadway and parking lot applications
- Snowplow resistant
- Eliminates the maintenance and safety concerns of loose pavers
