Beauty and Safety All in One

Tsawwassen Commons in Tsawwassen, BC creates a commercial parking lot surface into a branded and positive part of the shopping experience.

In 2009 the Tsawwassen First Nations (TFN) established the TFN Economic Development Corp. to develop a comprehensive sustainable community plan that accommodates residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. Once completed, the area will include 137 acres which will include 296 condos, 194 houses, and an 18 hole golf course, as well as Tsawwassen Mills and Tsawwassen Commons retail centers.
